It took me forever to finally get SP2 downloaded. My bootscreen was causing a
problem with the download. Try changing boot screen back to orginal or if you
havent changed it try To reset security settings by going here

But after downloading it I have not experinced any problems what so ever. So
there is hope out there. Good luck!
