Well, I don't have a good english but I hope you will understand

I had the same problem with other applications but neither do I could not find a solution on internet, but I Resolvet my problem!
Go to My Computer
Right Click Properties
Action Center
Windows Program Compatibility Troubleshooter
Click on the Windows Program Compatibility Troubleshooter
Then Click Next
Now select the program ho makes you troubles
Next
Try Recommended settings
Then Click Start Program
When program starts try it to see if it works
If it works Click next and save the settings.
This solved my problem and I hope that this solution will solve you problem to! See ya!
