Is there a 'restore point' add-on like there was in XP

I think Kelly's Korner offered a couple of Restore Point programs.
One would do automatic restore points and sit as a shortcut in the
Quicklaunch and provide one click restore points.

Unless I'm missing the obvious, it's a PITA to make manual Restore points in
Vista.

Is there something similar for Vista?

Not that I am aware of, but there may be.
My system creates a restore point automatically about every 24 hours, and
when installing any updates/programs.

Doesn't seem to be to bad to manually create a restore point, I went into
system restore, then it gave the option to create a restore point, click
here to open system protection, there you can choose the disc you want to
create a restore point for.
Certainly is a few more clicks than it was in XP.

Yes the 'one click' automatic restore points are a lots simpler than the
multiple jumps required now.

It's a single .exe that you can either leave on your desktop or create
shortcuts to. When you click the launch icon/shortcut a window opens
informing you that a new restore point has been successfully created with an
auto-generated-date-related name and then the window auto closes after 4
seconds.

I use it on my Vista 32bit Premium rig and it's highly recommended.
