There are updates, but automatic download doesnt get them?

Hi
I have the following problem:
My client computers with SP2 doesn't update and install automaticly.
However when trying Windowsupdate manually, .Net service Pack and GDI
Detection tool shows up as critical updates.
Does anyone have any idea?

Here is the logfile from a clean boot, and afterwards you will see it
finding 4 updates when I do it manually
