Is there a way to download WLM directly?

Can we download WLM directly without having to download the WL Installer.

I have a slow dialup 56K connection, and WL Installer does not downloads WLM
even after hours of attempting. So if I can download WLM through some direct
HTTP or FTP link that would be much helpful.
