Is there a Way to Increase the # of Permitted Addresees?

I have a large group distribution list for a Club. WLM won't allow me to
send an email to all the people in the group. I have to split the email into
2 emails but that is not very effective because sometimes a general reply is
required and only half the group sees the reply. Is there a way to expand
this limitation?

thanks,
D.

WLMail has no limitations, but your ISP does. Speak to them.

Check with your email account provider... it's their limitation, not WLM's.

Another thread in this forum seems to say there are limits placed via WLM as
a SPAM counter measure. See:

Then take winston's advice from the link you provided. You never stated in
your OP that you were using Hotmail.

No it doesn't say that. Again, Windows Live Mail (the mail program) has no
limits in that regard. However, if you use Hotmail via Windows Live Mail
then Hotmail (the service provider) limits the number of recipients.

Windows Live Mail (the email client installed on a computer) has no such
limitation. However, Windows Live Hotmail does. You are just another victim
of Microsoft's "fuzzy" naming system!

I am using Windows Live Mail (not hotmail). The error message is clearly a
WLM error message. I'm wondering if the limit doesn't come from the server
rather than the program itself. I don't see how the ISP could cause WLM to
generate the error dialog box. thanks.

Isn't that what I said? Windows Live Mail is merely relaying the
error message generated by the Hotmail server.
