Is there a way...

to download WMP11 for VISTA? Everywhere I look its for XP-XP-XP. I
think my WMP is messed up or something.

Windows Media Player stops responding after you install a third-party product that registers its own version of the Wmp.dll file:

You can not reinstall WMP11 in Vista as you can in XP. WMP11 is part of Vista.
Go to Vista Music_Pictures_Videos forum and post why you think your WMP11 is
messed up. Supply detailed information.

Click start and type 'regedit', then hit <enter>.
