Me and the contacts I webcam with are using the Logitech Communicate STX
which has 30 frames per second....however, I am more concerned with getting
clear audio while I webcam with them. The audio is real good if doing an
audio only chat, but then it becomes choppy and broken up if I add video into
the mix.
