Error 0xc00d1199 when opening .nsc link

    I get an error 0xc00d1199 (file corrupt etc) when trying to open a live video
    stream from a link in IE.

    I am sending a live video stream to Windows Media Server and multicasting it
    out to my network. I can open the link ONCE with no problem. All subsequent
    attempts to view the stream from the link result in error 0xc00d1199.

    The link is to a multicast information file (.nsc).

    ..asx links work fine.

    Any help?
