Error number: 0x80070078 during windows update

  1. Running windows XP embedded and I try to do a windows update the following
    error happens when I try to install the latest windows update software.
    Error number: 0x80070078
    Searches on this erro are unsucessful.
    How can I reolve this issue?

    I get exactly the same message and I have not been able to resolve or to get
    meaningful help fom any Microsoft source. Is there anyone out there who can
    help.
