We're currently running 2003 server on our domain, we upgraded less then a
year ago from 2K. On 2K there was a way to disable right clicking objects in
windows explorer by using a group policy, i haven't been able to find this in
2003 yet. Does anyone know if this feature still exists or if there is
    another way of doing it?

You don't have the option to disable mouse right click. I think what you
find is "Remove access to context menu". This option is available for
Internet Explorer, Windows Explorer, Start Menu and Taskbar and maybe for
    other Windows Components.

    You can find it under:
