How to hide "Find a message" search bar?

Is there any way to hide the "Find a message" search bar above my mail list?

I rarely 'search' for e-mail, and when I do, I can hit Ctrl+F. I would MUCH
rather have my screen realestate back than to waste an entire row on an
    unused search bar.

    Thanks!
