    Hi,

Is it possible to install a signed (or unsigned) device driver for virtual
    network adapter without administrator privileges?

    Thanks,
    Gana

  2. At least the "Load/Unload Device Drivers" privilege is necessary, which is
    "administrator for PnP purposes".

UpdateDriversForPlugAndPlayDevices, though, requires the real admin rights
sometimes - was reported on this forum once.

Anyway - Windows is just not designed for non-admins to install software.
For instance, you must be the Power User to install any COM components.
