You'd probably best move this to the new web forum, which is where all
    the old names are:

    http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/smallbusinessserver/threads

I can't recall hearing about this scenario in the past, so I can't say
for sure whether there is a fix. I assume you still have the old domain
listed in Recipient Policies, and that all the users still have the old
email addresses listed as well as the new ones.

Unfortunately, the SBS2003 POP3 connector delivers the emails directly
to mailboxes rather than doing it the correct way and delivering to
localhost by SMTP, so I don't know an easy way of troubleshooting this.
You may be able to get more detailed logging if you haven't already set
    the logging level to maximum.

When/if you find the answer please post it back here so that those who still
visit this newsgroup can benefit from what you've found. Not everyone has
switched over to the Microsoft forums.
