I have a user that cannot login with RWW from his home machine to the
office. all other users have no problem from home. I can login with his name
from my computer offsite as well with no problem. He can go to the browser
and get to the page with the choices and then click remote web workplace but
then when we put credentials in the screen doesn't move it just stays at the
credential screen and will not log in . I don't see where the activex tries
to load how can I get that to load? ???

    Any thoughts

    Thanks
    Bob

  2. Is he using Internet Explorer?

Go into IE's options, and navigate to Security | Internet. Select
"Custom Level," and then change the options for downloading signed
controls from Disable to Prompt instead.

Of course, be aware that you are relaxing security by doing this. Make
sure your end-user is aware of the implications of downloading unknown
    controls.

    Yours,
    Brad Dinerman
