Throughput Issues

Hi,

I would like to know if anyone is out there that is managing the Savvis
relationship for the Windows Update site? Savvis' Caching Data Network is
being utilized to send out updates and to download any content that resolves
to download.microsoft.com.

PERFORMANCE has been HORRIBLE. I have a 100MB connection to the net in the
office and 10MB and 6Mb at Home. I am located on the East Coast and
performance throughput has been on the order of no more than 200KB since
Savvis has been involved. I don't know where to place this problem and would
appreciate if someone would get back to me to resolve this issue?

Ping time to these sites is less than 10ms and tracert in many cases is only
5 hops. It doesn't seem to matter as to the time of the day or day of the
week any longer.
