Tilde Key not responsiv in a few games, something to do with IR.

Hello i just got vista, and in: City of heroes and The Elder Scrolls 3:
Morrowind, I find the tilde key is not responsive as it should be. I've been
trying to find help n this and most anyone has told me is something about an
IR device is interferring with the key. so how do i find and disable the IR
device, i don't evenknow if i have an IR device, sorry i'm a n00b to vista.
any help would be useful.

Sorry to hear about your problem with the Tilde Key i have the same
problem and i have read in other forums that its not the IR my pc is a
HP 9180 and the problem seems to be windows Vista. sorry i am no help.
