Timer controled windows volume

I am trying to set a task that would change my volume level at certin times
of a day is there an way of doing this or a good (free lol) program that can
do this for me? I have tried creating a new timed task to run every dat but
i am not sure what program i need to call or the argument i need to put in to
make it raise or lower the volume to a certin percent. Any i deas would be
greatly apperciated
