I am getting an error message on a black screen
!!OxcOOOOO34!! 252/90268(program_files_windows_calendar_49985597510.. .
I have tried to restore and there is a date in system recovery option
which I cannot change and I am not very technically savvy and I am poo
as I am unemployed and need my Pc to look for job I am writing to yo
from other pc in house but problem is opn my delll 1nspirion laptop 153
I tried to recover to factory settings one month a go not knowing
wiped out my office suite that was installed by factopry and I lost m
CD's or they never sent to me? Dell sent me a bunch of replacement CD'

did you recieve a system restore disc? if so, you probably need to go
into the BIOS and make your CD/DVD drive the first boot device. then
restart with the disc in the drive

No I do not see such a cd I have initiated the restore settings to
factory
as I was getting desperate I do have some files word stuff on an
external hard drive I biught three weeks ago but I am not sure if it
picks up the operating system as well
Is there anything else I should know do I have to reconfiogure my
wireless?

i should have mentioned that you will lose all programs, files, an
personal settings. you will be starting from a clean slate (excludin
anything you saved to your external drive)
