One thing i don't get about the toater is that when people come on it's
small BUT when i get an Alert it's big! explain that? double the size it
looks like

Greetings,

I think the general idea is that people's names are small (or at least should be), but the
alerts have more information and therefore are larger.

If all of them were big, then when a few people sign in at once, there wouldn't be enough
space.

That's why they should again *integrate*. Share their software
"expertise" among their groups and, for this instance, use Office
Outlook 2003's Desktop Notification that is:

- transparent
- scalable
- elegant

I say scalable because, if 30 people signed in at once, only *one*
notification window will pop up and say:

"30 contacts have just signed in."

Doesn't that look better than 30 individual popups?

I totally agree with nicholas, Microsoft is a big company but they should
use idea already created and not try to reinvent the wheel so to speak
