This sounds like the same problem my daughter is having with her new HP
computer running Windows XP Media Center Edition. The computer slows to
a crawl and when she looks at taskmgr it shows 99% CPU usage for
explorer.exe. This started right after the June updates were
automatically installed. Any suggestions?
