Today's OE6 Security Update

W2K SP4 & all updates

Failure to install this last update and now cannot run OE at all.

Any sugegstions welcome

Here is the first set on lines in iuhist.xml dated moments ago when I tried
again to do the update:

Many thanks - logging is as administrator helped - or just waiting &
re-trying helped.

All other internet traffic was OK at the time.

Its going fine now.
