Tool Bar appearing on Documents Page

I had to have the Geek Squad remove a program that was corrupted and now have
a tool bar on my documents page that is causing all of my folders and
documents to be sorted as if in an excel spreadsheet. I could, in error,
cause all of them to be removed because the sort box appears whenever my
cursor stops next to a folder or document. How can I go back to the original
view with no tool bar and no sorting?

Open Explorer to a folder, and click View menu, "Group By" and uncheck all.

Nobody ever has to have the Geek Squad do anything, and just for
future reference, they are among the worst and least trustworthy
sources for computer service or repair. I wouldn't trust them to
unplug my computer from the wall outlet. You would almost always be
much better off using a small local company.
