Tool to install all Office 2003 updates like Update.exe for Window

Is there a Tool to install all Office 2003 updates like Update.exe for Windows?

I can download all of the Windows Updates from the following link easily
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.co...llowv4cat=true

but, it's very difficult to download all of the Office patches from the
following link
http://office.microsoft.com/zh-tw/do...200271028.aspx

On which OS? Try using MU instead of WU?

There is also a Beta version of the WU catalog now which apparently
is effectively a MU catalog. New ActiveX download required:
