Where is the Tool menu in Windows Explorer?

My library offers audio books over the 'net, but the other day I had a
problem with the software. The tech people told me to:
> 1. Open My Computer or Windows Explorer.
> 2. Go to Tools > Folder Options.

But there is no Tool menu on my Explorer. Just the Address bar with
some other options below it, but no Tools anywhere.

Is there anyone how can help me?

Right click where the "some other options are" and select toolbar.

Hello NeStar,

You will just need to enable the Menu bar in Windows Explorer to see
the "Tool" menu option. This tutorial will help show you how to.

Hope this helps,

Now I just need to figure out the next part, "Click the File Types
tab.", which I don't seem to have.

::headdesk::

Maybe I should forget about the audio and just -read- a book.

The "File Types" option is not available in Vista like it was in XP.
Instead you have to use Default Programs for something similar to that.
This tutorial will show you about it. You may also look at the related
links if this is not help with the option you are wanting to do with it.

Hope this helps,
