Toolbar and other issues

Hi,

I recently got a laptop with Vista Home Premium 32bit installed on it,
and I have a few problems.

The toolbar in Windows Explorer doesn't always work.
Yesterday for example I wanted to burn something to disc, I clicked on
the toolbar and it didn't do it!
I first thought it might be an incompatibility issue with Roxio, but
then when I clicked on File, Burn to Disc it did it, so it is the
toolbar. The same happens with the Recycle Bin. It won't empty it from
the toolbar, but it does from File, Empty Recycle Bin.
What can I do to fix this? Is it a general bug or is there a
fix to it?

I have also encountered a couple of problems in Outlook 2007. When I
click on a link in a message, it says "General Failure", but then it
opens it anyway.

Occasionally, I am also unable to send emails from Outlook. The
settings are correct, and it only happens occasionally, so I am not sure
what might cause it?
