Tools to convert ICO to PNG and vice versa??

Hello,

I have found some very pretty icons that are in PNG format for Vista.
Are there any freeware tools that will convert ICO/PNG and PNG/ICO formats?

As always, be wary of spyware when using third-party freeware.

You might want to check on the Wincustomize forums for youranswer. The
people there are concerned with decorating their Windows installs and you
will probably find some good ideas and recommendations.
