Toshiba e800 set activesync to never update ppc

Hello
Hi, can anyone help? I use microsoft activesync often to update my backup cop
of my calendar events of my ppc

Hence, EVERYTHING on my ppc is upto date. I can not find the option of neve
updating the ppc 's data when using activesync

Is this possible, and if so, how do you set it
