The Microsoft supplied driver when installing Vista is not working properly
and the notebook does not run in dual mode and I can not connect an external
monitor or LCD Projector.

Toshiba Level 3 support simply came to the conclusion that there is no
driver that works at the moment and can not provide a date when they will
have one.

This is an expensive note book fully loaded with Blue tooth on the
motherboard and 4 GIG of Ram. Will Microsoft be updating this driver soon?

Microsoft does not update drivers for hardware such as graphics cards and
chips the chip vendor does and the vendor provides the updated drivers to
Microsoft and/or to the Laptop maker in the case of NVIDIA GO chips.
You might chekc the following Website:

http://www.laptopvideo2go.com./

In the case of 32 bit vista and even more so in the case of 64 bit drivers
the Nvidia drivers even for the desktops are still not fully functional.

It's a notebook so it's up to Toshiba to write the driver. You can force
the nVidia driver (from www.nvidia.com) on the notebook or look for
something at
