Toshiba Qosmio Hibernation problem

Successfully found the option powercfg -h on to activate the hibernation
again, the problem is that when the computer goes to hibernation it cannot
stay in hibernate, but immediately after finished, it resumes (wakes up).
There is no change if lid open or closed (the activation method); Version RC1
build5600
