Toshiba Reboots w/RC1

I have been successfully using Beta 2 since the beginning of the CPP. I
recently attempted to install RC1 and after the last reboot it gets to the
green screen and then reboots – it continually does this regardless of if I
use safe mode or not. My computer is a Toshiba Satellite M65-9063. Please
help. I am forced to revert back to Beta 2 which works fine, but I would
like to upgrade to the RC1.

Ive seen a lot of such complaint searching the internet, and the common
suggestion was:
1. Boot from the DVD
2. Select "Repair"
3. And manually delete or rename the pcmcia.sys within
C:\Windows\System32\Drivers and C:\Windows\System3
\DriverStore\FileRepository\pcmcia.inf_539d553e

As this error could be caused by the pcmcia driver on Toshiba Laptops.

Tried this solution without success. Any other suggestions?
