totally screwed up!!

the upgrade is screwed up!!! fine, u want to force ppl to upgrade, at least
get it right!!
I lost all my emoticons, lost all display pictures... and now i can't even
put it back on again!! or even add the ones that my friends send me. It just
keeps saying not valid image file even though it is.
Bloody stupid!! Yahoo doesn't have such stupid problems. Fix it or MSN is
just gonna lose BIG TIME!!

would be nice to have more details so that someone can offer a solution

for example; when you are not feeling well, you visit a doctor; you can tell
the doctor that you are not feeling well; but still the doctor will ask you
for details

But see, a doctor will generally know how to fix it. Microsoft goons
normally don't. Having worked for them before, I realize the level of
training they are given. It generally breaks down to:

Ask for info, put on hold, reiterate info and ask for details, put on hold,
offer asinine solution, put on hold, etc.

This is to drive up the charges they can make.
