Traditional Chinese using MSPY New Experience Input Style

I'm having an annoying problem with this new input method.
Last time when I was using the previous version of MSPY and I can have
SELF-LEARNING capability enabled in both simplified and traditional character
set (FYI basically I don't use simplified chinese).

Now I found out that the SELF-LEARNING capability mode was greyed out when
I'm trying to type in chinese traditional.

So far I can found nothing mentioned about the registry value of
self-learning function in MSDN and the registry value in my current system is
0x00000001.

Is there any method that I can have this self-learning function enabled in
traditional mode as well? It is very annoying when I have to browse through
the lengthy list of candidates before I can locate the correct word. Or is it
possible for me to install the old IME in my system that I can escape from
this pain?
