Tranfering files with out using easy tranfer-

Hi- i downloaded Easy tranfer but it wouldnt run becasue I am using both XP
and Vista Beta on the same computer but differnt hard drives.

I have purchased the new currnt versioan of Vista nad want to tranfer files
, e-mails, preferences etc. From the 32b vista beta to the new 64b Vista.

It looks as if i'll have to do it manually- can anybody walk me through this-
