How to transfer emoticons between computers?

Hello!

I am using WLM8.0 on two of my computers. I have my custom emoticons on one
computer, and I would like to transfer them all to the second computer,
without importing them one-by-one again. Is it possible? Computers are not
networked (one is at work, and other is at home).
