The 2 links you gave are one the same. It is a great little software. I like
it.
I have the converter of Simplified vs Traditional Chinese, and I thought it
was great, but this Bing deals with many languages.
Just wonder how grammatically correct it is in translation.
I tested it with a sentence of Chinese to English......... not even close.
I would conclude that it can be served as a " dictionary ", no problem.
EX. ??? = why. That is correct.
But not translating a passage from one language to another.

The Bing Translator seems to do OK with western European languages
like German, French, Dutch, etc.
