Trend Micro Indentifies MS03-023 & MS03-014 despite Cumulative Upd

My PC-Cillin says I'm still vulnerable to MS03-023 (Critical) & MS03-014
(BKDR_LOPRAC...) despite having fully updated my ME Critical Updates...
Anything to worry about? Quirk in Trend Micro scan of WinME?

When my Trend Micro does it's routine Security Check Scan, it indicates the
two fore-noted vulnerabilites. I am directed to Window's Auto Updates,
perform the scan and I learn that I am fully updated... can I be sent
individual patches for these two bulletin vulnerabilities? I thought the Win
CumUpdate for IntEx 6 Serv Pack would remove these... Clear as mud?

Trend Micro might find files that would take advantage of the
vulnerabilities addressed by MS03-023 and -014 but that doesn't mean you
don't have them installed. Windows Update is telling you that they are or
they have been replaced by later cumulative updates (e.g., MS04-018/823353).
