What triggers the Failover - Hyper V Servers

I have a 3 node cluster configured using majority witness disk and a ISCSI
disk store. I have configed the network on the ISCI not to be part of the
cluster network and all works well. I.E if I unplug the LAN on one machine
it fails over the Hyper V servers to another server.

Is it possible to fail over on other events, i.e. access to disk fails, or
am I stuck with just the heartbeat on the configured network.

Thanks Richard
