I went to microsoft updates to update my computer and i got a message saying
the website has encountered a problem and cannot displaythe page you are
trying to view?

Usually, there is an 8-digit error number displayed somewhere near this
message. Can you give us the error number please?

You receive a "Windows Update has encountered an error and cannot display the
requested page" error message when you try to install an update
