Hi,
I recently purchased and installed an upgrade from Windows Vista Home
Premium to Vista Ultimate.
Everything seems to work fine except two things:
1) My sound stopped working. I still have a sound card installed and it
appears to be operating. I tried updating the driver, but it said I was
already running the latest version. My soundcard is a SigmaTel High Def Audio
CODEC.
When I check under hardware it says there is NO AUDIO DEVICE INSTALLED.
2) I can no longer use MS Terminal Services to log into a remote server that
I usually work on. I can log into new servers, but when I try to log into the
server I worked on before the upgrade I get an error saying:
The remote session was disconnected because the Terminal Server client
access license stored on this computer has been modified.
Can anyone help with either of these? Thanks! - Tim
