trouble with connecting it to my PDA to activesync.

I have a HP iPAQ rx 5700 PDA and I have no end of trouble with connecting it
to my PC to activesync. To get the thing to connect and sync I have to keep
performing a soft reset on my PDA many times. I have performed all the
recommended procedures in the help to no avail. It connects eventually but it
is a real mission. I have also down loaded all the latest software.
Any suggestions out there

Hi,
It sounds like it may be a USB issue. Could it be the hardware causing a
problem? Also, did you try other serial ports on your PC?
