trouble with IE7 freezing

I have had a lot of trouble with IE7 closing or freezing lately. I try to
open a third tab or go to another site from My Yahoo home page, and it either
gives the message that IE is shutting down, send an error, or just
freezes???? What's going and and what is the solution???? Email is

Yeah ... I have had the same problem and haven't found an answer yet.
