First I went to
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/m...2.aspx?pr=blog and from that page clicked on this link: UtilityOnlineMarch092009_03.exe
Before trying to install this I had finally upgraded to IE8, installed it on
a clean boot, and everything seemed to be working fine. After all my problems
with this screen recorder and the system restore, now IE8 stops responding
and then I get a message in my task bar telling me that something called DEP
(I think that's what it was) has closed it to protect my system.
