I doubt you're legally entitled to move the Office installation from one PC
to another if it came with your old PC - is the disk marked 'Only for sale
with a new PC'? - if so, then it's an OEM one, which is limited to being
installed on the hardware that it was supplied with (that's why it was so
cheap!), and the OEM involved may have locked it to the BIOS in the original
PC.
