I had this issue also and this is what I did:
1. Go to
http://www.rhapsody.com/-software
2. Click on Download Rhapsody
3. Save the file to the hard drive (NOTE: remember where you saved it)
4. After it has finished down go to where you saved the file
5. Right click on the file and click on properties
6. Click on the Compatibility tab
7. Where it says Compatibility Mode put a check mark in the box next
to Run this program in compatibility mode for:
8. In the drop down box under that make sure it says Windows XP
(Service Pack 2)
9. Then Click on Apply and then click on OK
10. Right click on the file again and click on Run as administrator
11. Then either click on OK on the permission window that pops up or
enter the administrator password (depending which one comes up)
12. Make sure you are connected to the Internet and install Rhapsody
13. After it is done installing save your work and close all programs
14. Click on start and then click on restart
I was unable to get it to install and after I did everything I said in
the above steps, I was able to get it to work.
