Issue: Used Norton Ghost 9.0 on old WinXP Pro SP2 (build 2600) and
successfully copied hd. As directed by Norton, unplugged old hd and moved in
the new larger one. Everything works fine through start up until I get to
the part where the user profiles are loaded. (light blue screen w/ WinXP
logo) but it stops there. nothing.... It will not even complete a boot
process in safe mode.

The Norton support help people asked me to find out what .ini file does the
loading of the profiles in WinXP?

I am getting no error messages, and actual have mouse capability, but
nothing but a WinXP logo screen, not even a Shut Down button in the lower
lefthand side of the screen. The boot/startup process is being stopped or
hung up by something and we are trying to figure this out.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks -Randy-
