Trouble with old SUS client

Hi,
i've updated my domain from SUS to WSUS.
Most of the computers report , download and install correctly.
But i got few ones that don't do anything...they apply the good GPO but no
windows update.log in windows directory, no "C:\WINDOWS\softwareDistribution"
folder
Those computers are all XP SP1, they still got SUS windowsupdate.log.
I checked the proxy for winhttp : OK
Tried all the wuauclt /detectnow : Nothing happened
The computer don't have SUSSID in registry.

So i tried to install WindowsUpdateAgent20-x86.exe
Install : ok, i reboot...then run ClientDiag.exe :

Can someone tell me the right thing to finally update those clients so they
could report to the wsus server ?

Finally i succeed....the problem was : Client had MSI Version 2.0 (and need
3.1)
When i first tried to update MSI...i had an error on Cryptographic
service...(trouble with integrity of update.inf)

Here the solution (And then all my clients auto-updated to WSUS client)

1) run this :
