Trouble posting since applying updates

My computer automatically updates Vista and today it did so. Now I cannot
access the message board I typically post on. It asks me if I would like to
save the file or find a program online to open it with whenever I type in the
address.

Anyone got any ideas? Would a system restore help and how do I do that?
