Trouble with Ripping

Until now I was able to rip music from CD's into my library. Now I get an
error, however there is no error code and I have no way of telling what the
error is.

I tried removing some songs from library thinking it was a space problem but
that did not work.

I also am not able to see what version of Media Player I have. When I try
help I don't see the about to obtain the version. I have OS of windows 95.

Any help is appreicated.
