Hello. Windows Live Messenger doesn't work properly and my PC as well, when I
start videocall with the trust WB-5600R webcam. Can you tell me, why does
this happen? I am struggling for a solution. Did you know anything about this
issue before? I searched on the web and I read that many other persons had
the same trouble. But there isn't any new drivers for my webcam. I have
already your CD-ROM, which is the newest version. Please, provide me a
solution. Is the trouble in webcam or on the live messenger? Did you make any
testing to find a solution for this problem? You must satisfy your clients
and do not reply only for their issues. Thanks.
